In late years, sense of values diversified in every aspect from industry, economy to lifestyles. Especially in the IT field, market utilizing information technology had experienced a dramatic change, creating a global networked society. An urgent change is also demanded in corporate management, while networked society faces maturity.
We, Miyazawa Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd, as a machined parts manufacturer of telecommunication devices, printers and various office automation equipment parts, have been highly evaluated for our in-house coherent system from planning, designing to mass production, or production of small lot quantity.
We have forecasted changing times and adopted advanced technologies and facilities such as three dimensional CAD / CAM, pressing machines and other manufacturing machines. Moreover, we have aimed at being a "suggestible company" from manufacturing point of view with "concurrent engineering" in mind.
We have polished our system operation such as production control system, and parts quality control. Efforts have been made for high level approaches and for rapid business developments by utilizing three dimensional modeling. These digital developments have led to optimization of inter-business supply chain regarding management and operation of quoting and of material procurement, thus dramatically speeding business development.
